You’ll then receive a special guide email with an introduction on how to start building your own story and bear world.

You can change your password on the account under the ‘Account Info’ tab above. You will have to enter your existing password (created when you registered, or given to you via email when you first bought an item (if you didn’t sign up before). Enter this password and then change it to your preferred. 

You can’t change your username. If you signed up via store purchase then we suggest signing in with your email address or the username provided to you in the sign up email.

Be aware, the avatar you choose to upload will override any other social media avatar you might log in with.

Find an image that is at least 100px by 100px for best results.  Please also remember to SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the page for the change to take effect. It may also take a few minutes for your new avatar to propagate between the new and old so don’t worry if you momentarily see both come up alternatively.

Also, if you are only changing your avatar or/and display name then ensure you leave the password fields EMPTY when saving.
